How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse through the Thankyou Online Store, click on the "add to shopping cart" button beneath the items that you wish to purchase.

How do I know what is in my shopping cart?

When browsing through Thankyou, simply look to the right-side of the screen to see which items you have in your shopping cart. Use the arrows to move between items in your cart.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

Go to your cart and click on 'Remove' Icon in your cart. The item will be deleted.

How do I empty out my shopping cart?

To remove items from your shopping cart click on "view cart", check the "remove" box for each item that you would like to remove or if you would like to empty the entire cart, click on Empty Cart.

Order & Payments

How do I pay for my merchandise?

Payment is always done in advance and Cash-On-Delivery Option does not exist except for products where it is specifically available.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for online orders, subject to proper authorization. In some cases, we can bill your Airway Manual Customer Account if you have one (subject to approval). If you wish to pay by another method, simply submit your request via email without any payment information to:, and we will contact you to make arrangements for payment.

Is it safe to give you my credit card number over the Internet?

Thankyou employs paranoid level of security in all of its applications.
We use Enterprise grade SSL certificate for added security.
We do not store any of your credit card information or your payment details on your server so every time make a purchase you have re-enter data. It gives you assurance that none of your payment details are ever stored on our servers.

How do I know that Thankyou has received my order?

Our ordering system will automatically send you an email and SMS confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make certain that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, we will send you an additional email message confirming your order with applicable taxes and shipping charges calculated, and a shipping order number for your records.

Can I pay off my delinquent account online?

Unfortunately, Thankyou is not offering this option at the present time online, but we hope to be able to offer it in the future.


What is the standard order fulfillment time?

We strive to ship all orders placed from Thankyou within two 2 weeks. However, kindly note that this shipping time is reasoned on availability and stock. If a product description specifically mentions greater delivery time than 2 weeks, then such time will be applicable for delivery of product.

Will ordering five or more of the same product affect my order fulfillment time?

Is expedited handling available?

Unfortunately, not right now. But will be available in future.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs for orders from Thankyou depend upon the geographical location of delivery and may vary. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How can I track delivery of my package?

For most orders, you can track the progress of your delivery from the Thankyou Web site. Use your Thankyou login and select "My Account". From your Account Information in the left navigation. Links are available to track the shipping for orders that are traceable (some carriers do not provide tracking).

Cancellation and Returns

In order to get a defective item replaced (Bengaluru only):

Send a photo of the damaged product to within 7 days from the date of delivery, The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped after our customer care person has a conversation with you and the action to be taken is decided. You can call us on 9460449819.

Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with Replacement is offered for the products sold by only.

How do I cancel an order on

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, we will not be able to accommodate your request, sorry!

Are there products which cannot be returned?

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of the product.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Any accessory item which has been used or installed.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Any product that is returned without the original invoice copy.
